Last Friday evening, we hosted Theoplis Smith of Phresh Laundry for an art show in our studio. We love his style, but more than that, we love his role in the community. Theo is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, and his work has a way of bringing people from all walks of life together to share an experience.

With Phresh Laundry hanging on the walls, we also had beats from DJ Gil Grimm and a set from local musician Trent Boston. Together with food from Bravas and the Sol Kitchen, the atmosphere was terrific.

Theo also did some live painting in the studio, which we raffled off to raise money for NeighborLink Fort Wayne, one of our favorite local nonprofits. While painting, he gave a glimpse into his process and shared his perspective on art, community and culture with those who came out for the show.

It was just one of those nights, and we’re thankful for everyone who shared it with us.
